We never push a pet through a groom we feel is unsafe. We will always prioritise your pet's welfare over everything else – you may find that we refuse you certain services in the interest of your pet's health and safety.
We are experienced in grooming nervous pets and pride ourselves in our ability to know when enough is enough.
Dog Grooming
We believe every dog deserves to look and feel the best they can; that's why each dog groom includes luxury shampoo, facial, and conditioning treatments suited to your dog's skin and coat.
Following a thorough wash, we ensure your dog is dried thoroughly and comfortably. Whatever equipment they are comfortable with, we will use. We use protective coat sprays to protect the coat and skin from heat damage.
Once they are dry, we then trim nails, clean ears, brush thoroughly, and style if required.
We are more than happy to work with nervous dogs and can offer options such as solo salon sessions where you can stay with your dog during the groom for an additional cost.
Cat Grooming
Our cat grooming revolves entirely around the welfare and comfort of the cats we are grooming. That is why we DO not offer bathing as a standard service.
Our cat grooming service includes a nail clip and ear clean followed by a thorough brush-through with specialist dry shampoo to remove dead undercoat and help with temperature regulation.
If your cat has any areas of matting, we are happy to clip these out – we do not brush out matting. If we feel the matting is too severe, we will recommend a trip to the vets for a sedation groom.
We do not offer lion trims or any kind of hair styling on cats- our grooming is purely for welfare and comfort.
Rabbit and Guinea Pig Grooming
Our rabbit and guinea pig grooming services are designed with your precious pets in mind. We understand the risks involved with grooming small animals and take every precaution to keep them safe.
We don't recommend bathing or using products on small animals, but we are equipped with the right products if it is necessary!
We provide nail clipping, ear cleaning, deshedding and dematting, and sanitary trimming for small animals.
